💰 Money Story: An Ancestral Journey

  • Starts May 20 at 8:00 PM EDT

Money has an energy, a pulse that lives in our bodies, our memories, and our bloodlines.

This 90-minute workshop is a guided somatic and reflective exploration of our personal and ancestral money stories.

Together, we will explore how money has moved through our lineage, what has been inherited consciously and unconsciously, and how these patterns show up in sensation, emotion, and behavior today. Through embodied inquiry, reflection, and gentle processing, participants will begin to name, feel, and relate differently to money as a living ancestral thread.

In this workshop, participants will:

  • Explore their personal money story as part of a larger ancestral and familial lineage

  • Identify inherited beliefs, patterns, and survival strategies related to money

  • Notice how money memories live in the body through sensation, emotion, and impulse

  • Engage in guided somatic practices to listen to what the body remembers about safety, scarcity, and enoughness

  • Begin to gently process and soften inherited money patterns with curiosity and compassion

  • Leave with language and awareness to continue working with money as an ongoing relational and ancestral practice
