I didn't arrive at this work through theory. I arrived through my own threshold.
I spent years doing the root work — healing the belonging wound that got activated at nine years old when I was excluded from a dance class because of my race, setting boundaries after a lifetime of over-giving, rewriting the story that I had to earn my place. That work made me safe. It didn't make me activated. I was healed and still standing at the edge, waiting for permission I now know was never going to arrive from more processing.
My own ancestral lines run through two very different worlds — West African and Northern European on my father's side, and the Visayan islands of Leyte, Samar, and Panay on my mother's. Walking the healing work on both sides taught me that lineage isn't one story. It's several, braided.
In 2025, I was called to expand my own definition of ancestor — beyond blood, to include our star ancestors too. That expansion arrived right on time: it's what let my chart become a doorway instead of just a description.
What moved me through wasn't more insight. It was my own astrological chart — my Pluto square Lyra Vega, the placement that forged my leadership instead of handing it to me — and a return trip to the Philippines in 2026, my maternal homeland, where a body-level recognition shifted something no amount of understanding ever could.
That's when I learned the piece most healing spaces leave out: pleasure isn't the reward for doing the work. It's the architecture your next chapter gets built on. It's also when the deeper truth of this work clicked: what we call "new" is often remembrance — ancient, earth-aligned practices with galactic origins, asking us to ground deeply into Gaia while simultaneously opening to multidimensional guidance.
I built an embodied "fck yes" and "hll no" precise enough to recognize my own husband before my mind did, call in a circle of friends where the energy exchange is a dance instead of a drain, and keep pulling in exactly the mentors and creative collaborators I need.
