The Crystal Egg is worn inside the vagina and used to tone and strengthen the pelvic floor. A regular practice yields numerous physical, psycho-emotional, and spiritual benefits. I know this because I’ve had an embodied experience with it! I've also shared the practice with many clients who've also reported incredible healing and energetic shifts in their lives as a result of working with the egg.
The practice has ancient Taoist roots going back to 100 B.C. and has the power heal blocked energy and trauma, awaken your life force energy for greater creativity, enhanced intuition, awakening orgasmic potential (yes, please!), unshakeable confidence, embodied joy, manifesting your deepest desires, and increased sexual health and vitality.

I'm an Astro-Ancestral Healing Guide, Trauma-Informed Leadership Mentor, Embodied Empowerment Coach, & Inclusive Culture Catalyst.
My maternal ancestors are from the Visayan islands of Leyte, Samar, and Iloilo, in what is now known as the Philippines. My paternal ancestors are from all over West Africa, primarily Nigeria and Ghana, as well as the British Isles of Northern Europe.
After a massive energetic clearing of ancestral, racialized, and sexual trauma in 2018, I've been walking the path of breaking intergenerational patterns on both sides of my multiracial family and becoming a responsible steward of my ancestral wisdom and indigenous spiritual traditions.
I have been fascinated with astrology my whole life and became a certified Life Path Astrology™ Reader in 2020. After graduating from Brown University, the Diversity Leadership Institute (NAIS - National Association of Independent Schools), National Diversity Practitioners Institute (NDPI), I studied at the Vita™ Institute to learn a Tantric approach to sex, love, and relationship coaching.
In addition to leading crystal egg workshops for womxn all over the country, I facilitate “Womxn of Color” and “Filipinx Healing Circles”, and have mentored trauma-informed leaders inside my own group program, “High Priestess Of The Heart”. Most recently I've been working in both the legacy healthcare and innovative tech startup spaces to develop trauma-informed leaders and inclusive workplace cultures of belonging and well-being.

You've got questions. I've got answers.
I recommend having privacy, water or tea, a snack, a place to lie down (yoga mat, couch, or bed), wearing comfy clothes, a notebook and writing utensil, skin-friendly oil (coconut, jojoba, argan, etc.), and if you feel called, a crystal egg (not needed for orientation).
The short answer is “yes”. I've worked with both the jade egg and obsidian egg and they are awesome! However, I cannot responsibly recommend working with rose quartz internally because it can bust easily and can have micro-cracks which are not good for you hygenically.
Using the crystal egg in this program is always optional. However, I do NOT recommend using it while on your cycle (menstruating) or while pregnant. And don't worry, we'll get into all the details about the best time to do the practice, hygiene, and safety inside the program.
