Space to drop into guided embodiment practice - fuzzy blanket, yoga mat, sound privacy (Candles, ritual space (optional)
About Your Guide
Ann is a Vietnamese Tantra Teacher and Somatic Sex, Love, & Relationship Coach, host of Love, Sex & Pleasure with Ann Nguyen podcast, devotee of love, and cat lady whose work centers on pleasure as a liberatory practice & for personal & collective empowerment.
Her work combines intersectional feminism, ancestral reconnection, Buddhist and Tantric lineages, and somatic trauma resolution.
Ann teaches folks how to love their bodies, see their sexuality as sacred, and channel erotic energy into thriving sex, relationships, career, leadership and self love.
She also teaches people how to date with pleasure, heal life-long unhealthy relationship patterns, and open themselves to calling in their dream partners.
Through her coaching and online programs, she reconnects people to the power of their eroticism and facilitates deep transformation for sexual reclamation.
Mystical, practical, down-to-Earth and humorous in her teaching - she's here to make our modern day sexual revolution fun, expansive, healing for the planet, & accessible to all.
