Hello, beloved community-
TRUE CONFESSION: I am highly resistant to sorting through mail. I let it pile up way more than I “should” and I’ve neglected using the systems I’ve created in the past that make it more manageable.
However, embodying the "Queen of Spring" (and tax season LOL) has me throwing shit out and getting myself re-organized AF!
Spring cleaning feels SO good as it seems like I'm shedding a "winter coat", letting go of toxicity and energy blockages that no longer serve me.
However, reducing the amount of paper in my house is nothing compared to letting go of old colonial, cisheteropatriarchal, white supremacist, and capitalist beliefs about myself that are no longer serving me.
While decolonizing myself and dismantling internalized oppression will be a lifelong journey of unlearning and remembering, in this present moment I'm particularly present to how delicious it feels to focus on this healing work with the support of springtime energy.
How are you navigating this springtime urge to cleanse and start fresh? What toxic beliefs are you letting go of?
What does it mean to "decolonize" oneself?
We'll be exploring these questions and more at our next "Womxn of Color Healing Circle" this Thursday, 4/11 from 7pm to 9pm at WMN Space in Culver City. Tickets are $25.00 and no one will be turned away for lack of funds (pls DM me if that is the case for you).

Sending you all so much love!
P.S. If you’re struggling to manifest your desires in life and work, I have created a beautiful guided meditation and journal prompts to help you connect with Mother Earth, the Divine, and your ancestry as fuel and inspiration for your creativity. The prayers of my ancestors, my connection to nature, and the divine fuel and flow through my work everyday. It’s my gift to you and you can download it for F*REE here.
