How to Gently Transition from Winter to Spring
Hello, beloved community-
Spring is almost here! Can you feel it?
My dreams and visions for this season of reawakening and renewal are starting to come into manifestation and I couldn’t be more excited!

Winter isn’t quite over, so I’m still milking any chance I get to rest up.
Springtime energy has been starting to bubble within my nervous system and consciousness since Imbolc in early February.
I’ve learned from experience that while it’s important to observe this energy and honor it, I don’t have to jump into taking creative action just yet.
March is always a BIG month for me and I have to be mindful about spreading myself too thin, because it’s unbelievably easy for me to over-schedule myself. I’ve done it before and it left me drained and totally exhausted.
We’ve got Women’s History Month all month long, International Women’s Day on the 8th, the Spring Equinox/Ostara on the 20th, and my 41st birthday on the 23rd!
On top this I’m hosting a bunch of LIVE events in Los Angeles…
